The workshop will share detailed information on the benefits of rice and how to prepare dishes from rice and rice flour such as: making rice paper, rice noodles, steamed rice rolls (bánh cuốn), Vietnamese savory pancakes (bánh xèo), chicken rice, and herbal fried rice, following the core philosophy:
“Traditional – simple – healthy”
Dishes will be guided step-by-step using simple household tools, prepared fresh with various dried spices and fresh herbs to enhance flavor and nutritional value.
