Part 1: You are sitting in the middle of a healing garden filled with fragrant herbs and flowers, listening to the sounds of the wind, the birds and enjoying some organic herbal teas. You will feel comfortable and we will boost your health with weather-appropriate teas.

Ms. Hang will share insights on the flavors of herbs that suit your body’s constitution and guide you through making traditional Vietnamese home remedies that help boost immunity and enhance overall health.

For example: When the weather is cold or the seasons change, many viruses develop, so our bodies are susceptible to respiratory diseases caused by these. Therefore, honey ginger tea is a good choice because of its antiviral and body-warming properties.

Part 2: You are walking, preferably barefoot, breathing in the fresh air of the garden and listening to the sounds of nature.

Under the guidance of companions from the farm, you will be inhaling and savoring the scents of herbs, medicinal plants and flowers.
✧ Herbs that will help you relax, reduce your stress, enhance your mood and fight depression such as rose, jasmine, peppermint, rosemary and so on.
✧ Herbs that provide energy from nature to nourish your body such as pandan leaves, basil, stevia, cinnamon, holy basil.
✧ Herbs that make you awake and aware which stimulate the senses of the body and relieve headaches such as peppermint, lemon balm, lemongrass, rosemary and thyme.
✧ Herbs that support the healing of respiratory diseases, colds, flu, antivirals such as perilla, country borage, peppermint, choco-mint, lemongrass leaves etc.

Part 3: Meditation practice

Walking meditation
In the lush green space of An Farm Hội An, we invite you to practice walking meditation – a mindful journey that helps you connect deeply with nature.
Under gentle guidance, you will walk slowly, feeling each step on the soft earth, inhaling the pure aroma of a diverse variety of herbs, and listening to the chirping birds and the rustling leaves in the breeze.
Each step is an opportunity to relax your mind, reduce stress, and embrace the serenity and peace that nature offers.
Sitting meditation
The journey concludes at “Healing Hill”, a tranquil corner at the end of the garden – a space dedicated to seated meditation.You will be guided through a short meditation session to relax, focus on your breath, and embrace the inner peace within.
In this open space, beneath the lush passion fruit trellis, surrounded by fresh air filled with the delicate scents of roses and rosemary, seated meditation allows you to return to yourself, recharge your energy, and experience the harmony between humans and nature.
Part 4: Learn to make detox juice and herbal mixture

Detoxifying herbal drink experience
Using simple and natural ingredients like lemongrass, calamansi (or citrus fruits) and mint, we will guide you in creating a refreshing and health-boosting beverage that helps cleanse the body and promote overall well-being.

Vietnamese herbal steam & foot soak
Discover the secrets of a traditional Vietnamese herbal steam bath – a blend of carefully selected medicinal leaves used for foot soaks, baths, hair rinses, and even steam therapy for colds. You will learn about the significance of each herb, take part in preparing the mixture, and then enjoy a soothing warm herbal foot soak, allowing you to fully relax and embrace the healing power of nature.

Part 5: Foot soak and Herbal steaming experience

You will experience herbal steaming for your face or body, this is a treatment that helps relax, purify and circulate blood, helping to reduce colds and respiratory diseases. Then you will experience foot soak in a bamboo pot with a mixture of herbal soaking water combined with ginger and sea salt.

This experience helps to stimulate the circulation points on the soles of the feet, improves metabolism, helps make muscles and joints supple, strengthens the body’s resistance and relieves diseases such as varicose veins and respiratory diseases and helps to treat insomnia, relieve headaches and reduces sweaty feet.
