The workshop will share the benefits of spices for human health, followed by learning how to make herbal seasonings and mixed spices. It also covers tips on using spices to enhance food flavor and support the digestion of fats and proteins.
You will learn how to make delicious sauces from fish sauce, soy sauce, or herbal-based sauces. Then, we will guide you on how to use these sauces for dipping, salad dressings, making “goi” (Vietnamese salads), and simple pickling methods following Vietnamese cuisine.
The workshop also shares how to prepare vegetarian dishes from vegetables and mushrooms, such as: Braised eggplant in a clay pot, sautéed mushrooms with garlic, vegetable soup, hotpot, seaweed fried rice, and more.
