Part 1: Begin with herbal teas and healthy living consultance (30 minutes)
Sitting in a lush green garden space, you’ll enjoy seasonal handmade organic herbal teas while Ms. Hang – herbalist and owner of An Farm Hoi An – shares insights into the key factors that support a long, healthy, and balanced life close to nature.
Part 2: Discovering Our Organic Herb Farm
Take a walk through our organic herb farm and enjoy a hands-on experience of picking, smelling, tasting, and discovering more than 30 different herbs grown naturally on the farm.
As we explore the gardens together, you’ll learn about the health benefits and traditional uses of each herb, along with insights into our natural organic farming methods and simple ways to grow herbs and vegetables at home.
You’ll have the chance to relax and enjoy the fresh air, listen to birds singing from our rooftop space in the middle of the farm, and hand-pick some herbs, fruits, and seeds to take home as a special memory of your experience.
Part 3: Deeply discuss about your health
I will take time to understand your energy, lifestyle, daily habits, eating patterns, work environment, and any health concerns you may be experiencing. Through a deeper and meaningful conversation, we explore the factors that may be affecting your overall well-being.
Based on your individual needs, I will offer personalized guidance on how to use herbs to support balance and wellness, including simple ways to prepare herbal remedies at home for your health concerns.
I will also share practical advice on building a healthier lifestyle through nourishing foods, better daily habits, and natural approaches to improving long-term health and vitality.
Part 4: Learn to make some herbal medicines, herbal teas and detox juice
You will learn how to make a variety of natural herbal remedies that may help reduce inflammation, support wound and ulcer healing, promote liver detoxification, improve digestion, strengthen the immune system, and support overall well-being. We will also explore traditional herbal approaches that may help support the body during certain chronic health conditions.
During the experience, you will discover several herbal formulas designed to improve blood circulation, warm the body, relieve headaches and migraines, ease menstrual cramps, reduce cold hands and feet, and support joint health naturally.

We will discuss which teas are best suited for the morning, daytime, evening, winter, and summer seasons according to the body’s natural rhythms.
Based on your personal needs and preferences, you will be guided in creating your own custom herbal tea blend to support balance, improve health, and address specific wellness concerns.
In addition, you will learn how to make a refreshing detox juice using fresh organic fruits and herbs harvested directly from the farm.
As a special gift, you will also receive a selection of handmade herbal remedies and herbal teas to take home and continue your wellness journey after the experience.
Part 5: Learn to make herbal mixture
You will learn how to create herbal blends for foot soaks, herbal baths, hair rinses, and steam therapies using natural herbs from the farm. These traditional herbal preparations are designed to support detoxification, improve circulation, relieve flu symptoms, relax the body, and promote overall well-being.
After the workshop, you’ll enjoy a relaxing herbal foot soak experience using the herbal blend you created yourself. In traditional herbal healing, foot soaking is believed to support the whole body by encouraging detoxification, improving blood circulation, reducing tension, promoting deep relaxation, and helping you sleep better naturally.
Part 4: Enjoy a Healthy Meal & Farm Shop Experience
After the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the healthy meal with all the home and fresh foods be cook in our farm with our ingredients.
The menu is flexible with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, thoughtfully prepared to suit each guest’s needs and preferences.
Please let us know in advance about any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or ingredients you like or dislike so we can prepare the most suitable meal for you.

Then, you’ll have the opportunity to visit our small farm shop, where you can purchase handmade organic spices, herbal teas, and a “Herbs and spices” written by Ms. Hang to continue your healthy journey at home.
Include: English speaking guide, some seeds, herbal tea and herbal medicines to take home.
Note: The experience is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and above.
Cost: 990,000 VND per guest for a shared group experience, with a maximum group size of 6 guests.
