Join a cooking class on an organic farm to learn authentic and healthy dishes. You’ll cook step by step with close guidance and learn to use spices for tastier, healthier meals.

Part 1: Tea Tasting & Nutritional Insights (30 minutes)
Enjoy a relaxing tea tasting experience with organic herbal teas while Ms. Hang – owner of An Farm Hoi An, nutritionist, and herbalist – shares her knowledge about nutrition, healthy eating, and natural ways to support long-term health and longevity.
During the session, she will also introduce several traditional herbal remedies made from turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon, along with their cultural stories and wellness benefits.
Part 2: Discovering Our Organic Herb Farm (30 minutes)
Take a walk through our organic herb farm and enjoy a hands-on experience of picking, smelling, tasting, and discovering more than 30 different herbs grown naturally on the farm.
As we explore the gardens together, you’ll learn about the health benefits and traditional uses of each herb, along with insights into our natural organic farming methods and simple ways to grow herbs and vegetables at home.
You’ll have the chance to relax and enjoy the fresh air, listen to birds singing from our rooftop space in the middle of the farm, and hand-pick some herbs, fruits, and seeds to take home as a special memory of your experience.
Part 3: Learn authentic and healthy cooking class (2 hours)
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are available.

In our cooking class, you will prepare 7 traditional dishes from start to finish by yourself, following the detailed and patient step-by-step guidance of our chefs. To create a more personal and interactive experience, each class is kept small, with a maximum of 5 guests learning with one chef. For example, if a group has 8 guests, we will arrange 2 chefs and divide the group into smaller learning groups. For larger groups, we continue this small-group approach so every guest receives closer guidance, more interaction, and a deeper learning experience.
This is a deeply hands-on cooking class where you will practice and repeat important cooking techniques many times, helping you remember the process and confidently recreate the dishes at home. Learning to cook completely new dishes is not always easy, and we understand that guests who join a cooking class want to be able to successfully use the recipes again in their own kitchens afterward.

All ingredients are flexible and easy to find, and all kitchen tools and cooking methods are simple enough for you to recreate at home by following our guidance.
All dishes are prepared in a healthy and natural way, using fresh ingredients, plenty of herbs and spices, and natural colors derived from plants and vegetables. We also use our homemade Gấc oil and special signature spice blends to bring rich flavor, vibrant color, and additional nutritional benefits to every dish.
Part 4: Enjoy a Healthy Meal & Farm Shop Experience (30 minutes)
After the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the delicious dishes you prepared yourself, served together with a refreshing healthy fruit juice made from fresh garden ingredients.
Then, you’ll have the opportunity to visit our small farm shop, where you can purchase handmade organic spices, herbal teas, and a “Herbs and spices” written by Ms. Hang to continue your healthy journey at home.
Include: English speaking guide, some seeds, some spices and a magic kitchen tools to take home.
Price: 990,000 VND per adult guest for a shared group class with a maximum group size of 8 guests.
